Very secluded, spacious campsites. Nice 3.5mi hike around the lake but you end up on the road. The excercise was good for us. Small lake great for canoes, kayak and paddle boarding. Some fishermen. No host. No water. Trash available. Clean campground with beautiful views and sunsets.

Nice spacing between most sites. Small lake with an easy perimeter trail. Was able to send and receive T-Mobile texts as one walked around the camp. Good 3G reception at some of the bends while driving up to the main road

Only a few sites are first come the rest are reservable. We were lucky to get a site and it was full our entire stay. Lake is around 21/2 miles round. Nice to paddle board on, saw lots of people fishing and catching trout. Water was cloudy and green but many children were swimming. Saw beavers, two places on the lake along with herons and deer. Sites are widely spaced. Road off the main highway good with a few washboard areas. About 26 miles from Steamboat. Did a great hike to Hahn’s peak. Steamboat State Park close if you had a big boat or wanted more lake to kayak on. All sites at Steamboat State Park are reservable. Day use was $7 and this allowed you to dump and get water. No water at Hahn’s campground. No cell service but 7 miles down the road at the state park we had LTE on Verizon
