The individuals in this location are far from pleasant. This site is essentially a dirty, disorganized chaos in the forest, complete with a minuscule, grubby beach. They discontinued our water supply and then grumbled about our excessive usage of the restrooms they provided. Astonishingly, they even pilfered a hose connected to our caravan! I've spent a decade here and only managed to wash a tiny batch of clothes late last night because it was the only time nobody else was using the facilities. They're now insisting that I refrain from washing clothes, even though I've only done it once! The other lady present with me has also only washed her clothes once, a couple of days back. This location is a nightmare. It's a definite no-go, I strongly advise against it! We shelled out almost $2,000 to stay here for a fortnight. Don't squander your hard-earned cash! There are superior caravan parks available in the vicinity.

This motorhome park is fantastic! It's a recent development and they're still making improvements, but that's not a problem. The scenery is stunning, and there's an attractive bar/lounge featuring a swimming pool and jacuzzi. They also have a mobile eatery on-site, and their hamburgers are mouthwatering. The bar and mobile eatery operate from Thursday to Sunday. All pitches are roomy and paved, with extra gravel space for parking a towing vehicle or an additional car. The whole park is spotless, and they collect your rubbish from your pitch every morning. The staff and fellow guests are also incredibly friendly. We will definitely be returning to this park next time we're in the region!

This place is awesome! It’s relatively new, but wow they are doing everything right! They have an absolutely beautiful view of the water, a really nice pool, a lazy river, an amazing beach bar, very nice bathrooms/showers and FREE laundry! In our 3 years of full-time RV living I have never seen free laundry! Everyone is so friendly here too! We’re looking into extending our stay because we don’t want to leave!

I met up with family at the last minute and made reservations the day prior. This place is new, well planned, and expanding. The roads are nice and smooth. Someone complained about speed bumps which I don’t understand how you can complain about a few speed bumps after driving 100’s of miles over 1000’s of other bumps to get somewhere. I digress. Everything here is very nice! Online check-in so you can just drive straight to your spot. Sites are concrete and adequately level. Hookups are easy and convenient. Curbside garbage pickup. Bar with lots of tvs next to zero entry pool with a beach adjacent. Sand volleyball, nice dog park, large play area for kids. Free Wi_Fi that was around 10-20 mbps down. Some construction at the time of this review as they are completing a lazy river. Can’t wait to come back when this is done. You simply can’t go wrong with this place!

from the very start of checking in with Angelica and Jennifer, they were super sweet and answered all my question. We had some issue with our slide-in, Mr. Johnny he stopped and help my husband fix the problem. It continued on to the bar and food truck were good drinks and great food. The view is unbelievable especially at night. Its rare to find a RV resort that has all the qualities as this one. When it was time to leave they personally say good by and make sure your stay was nice. The little girl Gloria I spoke with was all to sweet. To all the staff i met thank you very much for the wonderful stay. I will return.

Park is located on Biloxi Bay with awesome views. Sites were concrete and well maintained. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Beautiful swimming pool and bar area. Park had free washers and dryers which was a nice bonus.

My husband and I stayed at Biloxi Bay RV Resort and absolutely loved it. The bartender, PJ, was friendly and made us the most amazing drinks. The clubhouse and pool overlook the bay with a gorgeous view. Gloria was a ray of sunshine, always happy. She even provided donuts on Sunday with the devotional. The office staff tended to our needs in a professional and efficient manner and was able to answer any questions we had about the resort and the surrounding areas. We enjoyed visiting with Marty at the clubhouse and loved hearing about what is to come. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you for the speed bumps, as I'm sure this adds extra safety for your resort. I wish all parks did this.

I was scoping this place out before I booked. So glad I did. You have to drive your rv over 8 speed bumps to get to your campsite. It drove me crazy just doing it in the car. 8 speed bumps for a 100 yard driveway is absolute insanity! Lots of construction going on, too.

We stayed here with our 42 ft toy hauler for roughly two months nov- January. The campground is still under construction, but has good bones. They are constantly adding new items and had just finished the giant hot tub before we left. They have a large pool, hot tub, and clubhouse where they have a bar and tv open every night. They have a good truck every weekend, and try to do events here at least once a week. Last night was s’mores and cocoa near the bonfire, New Years they had free food and a great fireworks show! The owners are always around and super friendly. They have a small beach with kayaks and stand up paddle boards for free, and our dogs loved the opportunity to swim and play in the sand everyday. It’s nice because everyone here is responsible- never had bad neighbors. The owners are pretty relaxed and don’t mind dogs off leash as long as they are under control, so we would often throw a ball around right outside our door as long as others weren’t around… with owners and staff smiling and saying hi. Overall, a great campground with lots of amenities, even if it is still under construction. Next time we come into town, we will definitely be back! Oh, and their monthly rate was $25 a day! Can’t complain

Our stay is early in construction, phase 1, and the lazy river was not completed yet. The pool was very nice with a bar, tv’s and DJ at certain times. We never tried the WiFi at the park, we used our Verizon and it worked great. Spots were roomy and nice. This was a splurge for us but would most definitely stay again.
