We had a dry camping first come spot. There are partial hookups in reserved pretty sure it books up fast on weekends. The girl at fee booth said they are making more spots for reservations. We picked an overlook spot because it’s beautiful. Hills and pine trees dot the area. Very green right now and in high 60’s and low 70’s highs. We have 30’ fifth wheel. We where able to maneuver the rig to point our big picture window to overlook the lake. Hubby caught 4 trout to keep so far and had many throw backs. Great fishing 🎣! Kayaks boats and water sports ok on big lake. Quieter down on crystal lake. We chose granite because it’s just prettier! Mountain biking and hiking trails, camp store and fresh water! NO Dump so be aware. We would love to come again 1st come fills up so get here by 11 or earlier!! Check out is 11. Not all sites are views but lots of good lake access where we are. Phone worked great even with two bars! Can be windy. It’s Wyoming wink 😉. We had a calm day today with afternoon rain showers.

We choice a first come overlook site. Some are not. Great fishing but the lake is so beautiful I wanted a view. Our cabin on wheels is a 30’ fifth wheel! We maneuvered the camper so we could look out on the lake. Rolling green hills dotted with pine trees. Plenty of birds and very busy weekend use. I’m pretty sure it filled up. We got here at 1030 and got the last view spot . Kayaking and a few skidoo’s and boats but not overly noisy . No swimming allowed! My husband caught many fish and was able to keep 4. He loved it. Trout n eggs for breakfast!! There is fresh water here but NO Dump! Electric sites are reserved only and they book up so plan out in advance!! The smaller lake in the park, Chrystal is quieter but we liked the granite lake better. Beautiful!!
