The recreational area is included in the Thousand Trails Trails Collection bundle, with a nightly rate of $20 excluding tax. The cost of their retail locations per night is unknown to me. The park management contacted me on Friday to confirm my arrival on Sunday. They informed me that the office would be closed over the weekend and provided details about my assigned site, where to find the check-in documents and parking permit upon arrival. I was able to detach my toad in front of the office structure, which is currently closed due to ongoing clean-up operations from Hurricane Ian, which happened half a year ago. There was some debris scattered around the camping area. The park's roads are one-way and rather narrow. The sites are designed for pull-in parking, but have to reverse out, which can be tricky if the park is crowded or if vehicles are not parked correctly. However, there were no issues with our 37-foot class A. Fortunately, site L-15 had an offset concrete patio from the neighboring one. Not all sites have concrete patios and some are directly opposite each other. Many sites have fresh gravel with patches of grass and sand in between.Despite the new electrical pedestals and voltage being within acceptable limits, there were noticeable fluctuations, especially during the hottest part of the day. We reported this to the office staff, who promptly contacted electricians. Amenities include bathrooms, a laundry room, a fitness center, shuffleboard, a swimming pool, and a hot tub (which was out of service). Both the cable and wifi were not functional, but we were informed of this prior to our arrival. The Verizon signal was strong with 5G coverage.Would I consider staying here again? If I were to be in the vicinity for a brief period with a lot to explore, I would likely choose this place. Given its location and the $20/night rate, it is hard to find a better deal for full hook-up. However, if I were seeking a relaxing and spacious

If you’re paying $1700/month park should be updated. Spaces are just so packed in. Office nice and park is convenient so that’s what you’re paying for ; neighbors ok by our spot but being so close you’re looking at person next to you at picnic table. At least they recycle at this park.smaller washers and dryers and have to buy $5 card and load to use. Internet costs $40/ month no guarantee

What a great location and the staff and guest are very friendly. They provided a welcoming bag with local info and things going on and they provided a guide to help us get into our RV site. The RV sites are tight and parking is limited but this RV park makes up for it with a great pool area many events going on ,restaurants on site at the pool and an amazing staff

The basics for the resort are there: no-frills bathroom, laundry, "dog park", rec hall, exercise room, pool, and extra parking. The staff was helpful when we arrived. The campsites are mostly pull through but are VERY crammed together. We were there to visit family outside of the park and had not intentions of hanging around the campground so the fact that there's no breathing room didn't much matter to us. The location is great - not terribly far from Ft Myers beach or Sanibel and there's a Publix and Target on the same road if you forget something. We liked that we could walk to the cafe Eleven:11 and were pleased to find a brewery in that same plaza (cross San Carols and go right and it's the first plaza you come to). Also within walking distance is an ice cream shop.
