This campground is really quite nice. Almost every site has either a river view or has its own seclusion. We were in site 16 and it was excellent. The site was perfectly level and the pad nice and deep. It was really quiet despite a fairly full campground.

Edgewater is a great little campground on the Pend Orielle River. We looked at Sullivan Lake campgrounds and Noisy Creek but found this one to be more subdued in general. Site 20 is great for boat access or taking a dip in the river right from your site. There is a general boat ramp and day use area in the campground. The camp host was very good and vault toilets are clean. It was in the 90s when we camped here in July and the river was an oasis. Lots of hiking at Sullivan Lake - a short and scenic drive. Also Boundary Dam is worth a visit - tour is great, and views are wonderful. Campground there too but was closed for renovations while we were in the area.
