This park is surrounded by an industrial area. The good- the park is relatively quiet and is a good location to get around Phoenix. Staff is nice and check in is easy. It’s also clean and has several dog parks. Sites are level. Pool is small but not bad during the winter. The bad- spaces are tight, long term residents not so friendly, laundry facilities are not adequate for the number of guests which made any laundry day crowded and busy. We ended up having an item stolen from our site during the night so lock up or put away your stuff. At the end of the week we were glad we left. Out of all the 18 parks we have stayed at so far this one is at the bottom of our list. We will not stay here again nor recommend it to any friends or online RV groups.
