Large well run campground and RV park. We were visiting family in the area and spent five nights at this RV park. There’s a good variety of types of sites. There is large number of sites around the office area that are more of a traditional RV park type, in other words RVs are closer together with very few trees. The rest of the campground follows the contours of the terrain and is more like a campground, with good separation and tree cover. Like a lot of campgrounds in these northern states, A good number of the sites are dedicated to seasonal campers. The kayak rental arm of the campground apparently does a lot of business. Our group of three did the three hour 12 mile kayak trip and enjoyed it a lot. The campground drops you off at the put in point and picks you up when you get out. I did not do a speed test, the Verizon was very fast. The bathrooms were spotless. The pool looked lovely even though we didn’t use it.
