We are an open-air tourist complex, located in the greenery of the Parma Apennines at 860 meters above sea level. At full capacity we will have 200 pitches of which: 120 equipped with Bungalows, 30 prepared for camper stays, tents made available, mainly for pilgrims in transit on the nearby Via Francigena and 40 for guests equipped with their own tents or caravans.
We are located in the municipality of Berceto, pearl of the Apennines, in the beautiful valley where the fresh waters of the Baganza stream flow, considered among the cleanest and most uncontaminated in the Region. Immersed in a coppice, with centuries-old oaks and fruit trees of various types, it is always fresh and breezy and is often reached by sea air.
Facilities and services
Currently open seasonally, we offer our welcome guests large personalized pitches in contact with nature. To enjoy the village and the landscape in which it is immersed, we offer personalized stays in our Bungalows from 2 to 6 beds and for owners of caravans, campers or mobile homes.

From the Village you can set off on cultural visits, but also food and wine tours in Berceto or in the beautiful villages that surround us; go trekking on foot, by bike or on horseback, on marked paths, to discover breathtaking views; or in an hour's drive, visit the characteristic coasts of the 5 Terre or the beaches of Versilia.
