Je moet geen camping verwachten met ruime plaatsen waar je hele dagen lekker gaat luieren. Het is - zoals ze het zelf omschrijven - een 'basecamp'. Je overnacht hier, maakt gebruik van het (nette) sanitair en gaat af en toe een hapje eten in het (uitstekende) restaurant. De rest van de dag ga je op pad in de prachtige omgeving.
De ligging is perfect. Je kan vanaf de camping zelf al prachtige hikes maken, en de meeste highlights van de Dolomieten zijn binnen 1 tot max. 1,5 uur rijden te bereiken.
De prijs is wel erg hoog voor een camping. Wij hadden een camperplek nodig voor onze 'grote' tent waardoor we op een kleine €50 per nacht uitkwamen inclusief stroom.
