Leuke kleine camping in Barr, gezellig stadje in hartje Elzas. Ruime plekken met veel schaduw, sanitair enigszins verouderd, maar netjes en voldoende. Rustig, op de kerkklok na. Zeer vriendelijke behulpzame beheerder, spreekt ook goed Duits. Winkels, restaurants, wijnproeverijen, fietsverhuur, VVV, alles op loopafstand. Barr ligt centraal in de Elzas, aan de wijnroute. Alle bekende attracties in de Elzas, waaronder Colmar en Straatsburg, liggen binnen drie kwartier rijden. Ruim een week hier verbleven in de zomer 2020. Camping was lang niet vol (Corona effect?), maar wel redelijk bezet, deels campers en trekkers op de fiets. Zeker een aanrader.
