Leuke schaduwrijke camping. Niet al te groot. Camping ligt op loopafstand van de zee. Niet ver van de camping is een strand met rotsen. Op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen is een zandstand in Jard-sur-Mer. Jard-sur-Mer heeft een kleine boulevard aan de zee met enkele restaurants en is 5 minuten lopen vanaf de camping. Het verwarmde zwembad met een diepte van 1.50 meter op de camping is prima. Er is nog een kleiner bad dat ongeveer 80 cm diep is. Sables d'olonne is een leuk plaatsje in de buurt (op ongeveer 20 km) met een grote boulevard. Er is daar een mooi zandstrand. La Rochelle is een mooie stad op ongeveer 70 km van de camping net als het eiland Ile de Ré dat te bereiken is via een tolbrug. Dat kun je goed combineren met een bezoek aan La Rochelle. Tip: huur fietsen op Ile de Ré. Bijna overal zijn fietspaden langs de kust. Het plaatsje Saint Martin is erg leuk met veel terrassen en een haventje. Al met al kan ik de camping aanbevelen.
