Centraal gelegen camping buiten het dorp. Flinke klim als je uit het dorp komt lopen. Weinig uitzicht vanuit de stacaravan door de boomrijke omgeving op de camping. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Keurig , maar verouderd sanitair. wifi slechte ontvangst. Stacaravan verouderd, maar schoon. Matrassen matig. Camping gericht op vaste plaatsen met Italianen. Met name in het weekend druk.

Rustige camping op 1 kilometer van het meer. Kinderen vonden zwembad klein, maar lekker. Leuk speeltuintje, tafeltennistafel, verse (en vooral hele lekkere croissantjes) broodjes, ijsjes. Plekken Italiaans (dus niet al te groot), maar wel met schaduw. Hele vriendelijke eigenaar, die ook voor ons restaurant wilde reserveren en hielp bij bootje reserveren. Baveno zelf is niet groot, maar met leuke boulevard en wat restaurantjes.
