We hebben hier een week gestaan. Kleine staanplaatsen, maar onze tent paste prima. Auto’s moeten voor de tent worden geparkeerd. Het sanitair (gratis douches, wc’s met bril en toiletpapier) werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Onhandig was wel dat er voor de afwas slechts één wasbak met warm water was. ’s Nachts komt er wat verkeersrumoer vanaf de weg die langs de camping loopt, maar met oordoppen in hadden wij daar geen last van. Een groot pluspunt is het ruime en schone zwembad! In de bar kun je witte broodjes en croissants bestellen. Ook kan de eigenaar pizza’s voor je bestellen bij de lokale pizzeria. Er staan zowel een koelkast als vriezer voor iedereen om te gebruiken. Bij de receptie kun je buskaartjes kopen naar Rapallo (€1,80 voor een enkeltje; bus stopt op 5 min. lopen en is met 10 min. in het centrum). We hebben de camping vooral als uitvalsbasis gebruikt voor uitstapjes naar Genua, Cinque Terre, Portofino en Rapallo zelf.

Er is hier echt helemaal niets te beleven. Het enige dat prima is, is het schone zwembad. De camping ligt tussen 2 wegen in en je hoort de hele nacht verkeer van de tolweg die op 2 minuten afstand ligt. Een kleine camping kan idyllisch zijn, maar deze zeer kleine camping is verre van dat. Het personeel is afstandelijk en mopperend, alles is verouderd, het straalt eenvoud en armoede uit. Onze kinderen vonden het de saaiste camping die ze ooit hebben bezocht. We hebben de leuke plaatsjes in de omgeving bezocht en zijn na 3 dagen lekker verder gereisd.
