The personnel were amiable and we enjoyed our strolls by the water. The restrooms were spotless. However, after our return from the amusement parks, our caravan had a repugnant odor of onions and feces. It appeared as though someone had interfered with and emptied our waste tank. Numerous refills and rinses were required to sanitize it. Each rinse resulted in large pieces of onions and other unidentifiable substances being expelled. The unpleasant smell lingered in our caravan for a significant three days, indicating the level of filth. This location seems to cater more to long-term RV dwellers. We don't see a reason to revisit.

We got there late and headed to our assigned location. However, when we tried to reverse into the spot, we found it too dangerous due to the poor condition of the site's pad. Additionally, to even attempt to get into the site, I would have to mount the curb in my truck, so I opted not to. I contacted the after-hours service and received a response promptly. They proposed changing my location, but having seen the quality of the standard sites, I inquired about their drive-throughs. They had a good number available and provided me a selection to pick from. We ended up selecting site 55 and it was fantastic! It was long, flat, and paved, with a pleasant table. The nearby washrooms were very tidy and modern. We also played on the pickleball court and had fun, although we used our own gear. The staff were friendly and supportive, making our stay enjoyable. I would definitely return, but only to the drive-through sites unless they upgrade the regular ones. Do be cautious while navigating with your vehicle. The route has some difficult turns and low-hanging trees. Also, expect some noise from planes frequently flying overhead en route to Orlando Airport.

Our sense of security was compromised which prompted us to depart. The lady handling our arrival was amicable and competent, however, we chose to proceed elsewhere. The appealing online platform does not authentically depict the reality of this recreational area.

40ft 5th wheel fit nicely with the truck parked In front. Spot 36 was good only ding was the black/grey dump port was at the rear of the trailer and slightly uphill ( bring extensions). Still have construction going on but never heard any of it. Small gripe about the airplane noise at 1am but it was only 1 or 2 (happens when the winds favor them to land north), kids love to see them during the day. Cell service is almost non existent so bring the Starlink. 10-15 min drive to the grocery store (publix) and Walmart 19 mins.

DON’T READ ANY OLDER REVIEWS because this place has undergone a major renovation (and work is still being done). We held a reunion in May 2022 and utilized the pavilion and cabins at the resort. Everything….pavilion, pool, pool area, bathrooms, tables , chairs, cabins…are either new or renovated. The grounds are manicured, roads and sidewalks newly paved….all nestled under a canopy of huge oak trees on East Lake Toho. We held a weekend reunion and the Manager, Jim G along with his staff were friendly, accommodating and on top of their game. Already planning our 2023 reunion !

Park is under new ownership. It is now called East Toho Resort & Marina. I have driven through the park, but not stayed there - yet.

Park is under new ownership. It is now called East Toho Resort & Marina. I have driven through the park, but not stayed there - yet. The entire park is under tree canopy. It’s really impressive. Nearly every site is well shaded. When I drove through, there were lots of leaves everywhere, but a lot of the sites were cleaned up without leaves. I am assuming the resident did that, not the park. I just talked to them today (4/22/2022). Monthly rates are $750 + electric. Electric is $0.12/kWh. They said they do not have seasonal rates, but that rates will go up October 1st. They do long term stays, but that process is still being ironed out, and hopefully by October they will know the long term rates. They said long term stays will require a lease. They said all sites are full hookup and have patios. They said the park is on well water, but that sewage is tied into city sewage. I don’t know what the water quality is, but if they are tied into city sewer.
