Only stayed one night. Never got to use all the facilities, but did tour them and they looked nice and well kept. The road noise is not all that bad, I've seen worse. My only complaint is some spots have a concrete pad. Whoever poured the pad for these folks did a terrible job, and when you get a good Texas rainstorm, you wake up to a pond on your concrete pad because there is no slope for drainage. If significant rain is forecast during your stay, decline the pad and ask for a gravel spot. Your shoes will thank me.

Good connectivity here; hubby was able to work while we stayed here. Had some high winds near the end of our planned stay and they were able to accommodate us an extra night

Great staff and very clean park. Only small issue is the road noise from 1-20 if you are outside. Once inside with a little music, can hardly hear the highway noise. Overall a great place to stay!!!!

I booked a site 2 months before our trip from Ca to Texas. The road in was in the process of being re-paved. Only 1/2 was done due to the rain. Waiting for good weather to finish. Will be nice when done. Nice cement pad to park on with grass on both sides. Clean laundry room with 6 washers and 12 dryers. The staff was wonderful and we even got cookies when we checked in. They pick up propane bottles from your site, fill them, and bring them back. Well maintained campground. Overall a really nice park.

We spent an entire month, as we typically do, in Bluebonnet Ridge RV Park in Terrell, Texas. There is a lot to really like about this campground. We would definitely stay here again. Pros: • The park was clearly being maintained • The basketball /tennis courts had just been resurfaced • Anytime someone left, or a spot was empty, new gravel was being dumped and leveled • Even though closed for Covid, the pool was cleaned daily. • There's a small dog park area. • Doggie bags were provided in multiple places, and ample trash cans in which to drop them. • Sufficient WiFi repeaters throughout the CG • The grass is kept mowed down, good to avoid those Texas stickers getting in your shoelaces. • All but one staff member was really friendly. • Package receiving was well handled and painless. • Each visitor, even short term like us, gets a mailbox. You can go in 24/7 and check it. • There's a "swap area" where people leave magazines, etc. (Near the mailboxes.) • There's a nice little pond you can fish in, catch-and-release only, no license required. • LOTS of room to walk the dog! • There's ample overflow parking and trailer storage space so you don't have to crowd your campsite. • Laundry facility on site, we didn't utilize it since we have a W/D in the rig. • Bulletin board for posting things, we bought our W/D from another person at the campsite! • Park was pretty quiet while we were there. No ruckus or loud people. Folks walked around, talked a bit. • They have Good Sam and Passport America discounts available. Cons: • You're really close to I-20, you will hear the road noise. Only trucks are loud. (We did hear a blowout, scared me to death!) • The WiFi, while available, is really slow. When you connect, they track usage by hardware MAC address. Use too much, you get blocked and have to ask to be allowed back on. • There are some boggy areas you have to watch for near the pond. (Don't step on the thousands of crawfish towers!) • The road is in fairly bad shape, leading into the park. They could really use a road company out there to fix it. • There are some rigs that appear more "permanent" with stairs, patio furniture, that sort of thing. But none were run-down looking. Other: • There are a LOT of Tiny Houses that have been put on the property. They all looks really new, well maintained. • The staff appears to reserve some spots near the front for folks coming in for a day or two to a week. It was NOT all permanents by any means.

Parks website brags up being a Good Sam top 10 park but upon closer inspection the rating they are speaking of is from 2014. This park has obviously been let slide since then. Roads are horrible with huge bumps and holes. Pool and hot tub are not maintained, there was junk floating on the surface of both and "hot" tub was 70 at the most when I stuck my finger in. Tons of highway noise. Many transient workers staying in park.

Located just off I20 east of Dallas, this park offers everything you'd want from a premium campground, complete with friendly service and a welcome cookie, all at a reasonable price (Good Sam discount included). I really enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi, and they even have a gym and other recreational outlets, along with a water feature if you're lucky enough to have a site backing onto it. Full services at the pull through site made this an ideal stopover from Santa Fe to New Orleans. Others have commented on noise from the nearby I20; we heard nothing. Perhaps ask for a site away from the road. They really take pride here. Wifi; good cell service, cable - the works. No nits.

Super nice park with everything you'd want. Well maintained and clean with a real resort feel. There are a lot of residents however everything is kept nice and clutter free so it does not diminish the parks feel. We used the pool, sauna, 24 hour laundry, dog area and everything was immaculate with attention to detail everywhere you looked. We did not use the workout room or the helicopter pad but good to know they were available!

We stopped here as an overnight spot. We were given homemade cookies upon check-in and a treat for the pup! Each site has a picnic table, lots of pull thrus, big rig friendly. Close to the highway so it's noisy. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully for longer than one night!

In the area, Bluebonnet is the best around. Its south of Dallas, right by the highway (you can definitely hear the noise) but if you can get a lakeside spot, its great. We stayed her long term and it was safe, extremely clean and friendly. There's a little stocked store for the basics and really clean individual showers (our water pump broke while staying here). They also come around and pick up your trash (so you dont have to smell the dumpsters sitting in the middle of the park) and they'll come around and fill your propane too. If I were in the area and needed a place to stay, I'd stay here again.
