In the park, we encountered nothing but amicable individuals. We didn't come across any staff members. On the day of our arrival, which was a Saturday, we received a call from the office informing us that they would be shutting down at 2 PM and instructing us on where to locate our documents. The call was pleasant, and they provided helpful navigation guidance. Our accommodation was in D-12, a slender drive-through spot. The information packet clearly specified that guests should dispose of their rubbish in the dumpster, but the previous camper had left their waste at the site. My husband took the initiative to dispose of it in the dumpster, indicating that the sites are not regularly monitored. The area was tight, and with our RV's extensions and the one adjacent to us, we were close enough to exchange greetings. The site was evenly leveled. The exterior of the bath/laundry building was appealing, but the interior showed signs of wear and tear, such as broken tiles and not-so-clean shower curtains. Two of the six bathroom/shower rooms had overflowing trash cans. To enter the bathrooms, a code was required. On the second day, the trash in the two bathroom/shower rooms we used was recently cleared out. The internet connection was subpar. The location offered easy access to the highway and was conveniently located across the access road from Walmart, gas stations, and various eateries. It's a decent place for a one or two-night stay, costing around $75 per night. However, during our journey this week, it was the priciest, smallest, and least well-maintained site.

Easy park to access with level pull thru sites and full hookups. Very clean with activities through the week. Although there is not much to do outside of the park. Few restaraunts and a very small state park that's near. Walmart is directly across the street from the park as well. Very convenient for groceries. Only downfall was they were repainting all the buildings and pool area. Missed out on a few pool days and accessing the billiard room. Otherwise the permanent residents were welcoming.

DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!! Upon arriving, I was very happy with the outside appearance of the property. It looked well maintained and clean. I was scheduled for a week stay. However, the serious problems of the property were noticed after my first day of arrival. The major problems I experienced were as follows: 1. There was a major robbery on my second day of stay. A group of men cased the area, lured the residents from their RV's by knocking on doors and telling them a scam. My RV elderly neighbor was robbed of cash and jewelry. 2. There is not any security guards or gates to protect the RV guests. 3. Dogs are allowed on the property, but guests and annual RVers do not clean up after their pets. The grounds smell of animal feces. 4. There are 6 bathhouses and only 2 of the bathrooms are operable. The 2 bathhouses that was operable grossly smelled of urine and urine. It was impossible to take a shower in the bathhouses because of the unsafe and unclean smell of feces and urine. 5. There was not any hot water in the bathhouses. In addition to the unclean and unsanitary bathhouses there also was not any hot water. 6. While at the pool I was informed by snowbird RVers there are frequent robberies and breakin's. They contacted corporate but the major unsafe problem remains. They've decided to never return to the Blueberry Hill RV Resort. Please use EXTREME CAUTION if staying at the Blueberry Hill RV Resort! BEWARE!!!

We had full hook up, 2 bars ATT and 4 bars in Verizon. After complaining about the pool not being open and them not letting us know about it when we made the reservation the office graciously gave us a full refund. Other than it being 91° with no swimming pool we enjoyed our stay.

Spent money on this resort because it was 91 degrees and they have a pool. HOWEVER we just walked to pool abd it’s locked due to maintenance. No evidence of maintenance. I feel the staff just wanted a weekend off! They should have let us know when making it he reservation that pool was not available. I will revisit this post after I find out if they are going to issue a refund to us for the inconvenience. Thanks Den and Flo

The above rate reflects a one month rate during the "off" season and includes a metered electric charge. For the extra day we stayed here, we used our Passport America rate which was $22 (half-price, off-season rate). Fairly easy to maneuver a large sized rig here. Pads are asphalt and mostly level but somewhat narrow. Water, electric and sewer are all laid out as one would expect and all were in good working order. Sites in the short-term section of the park are close together with a small patch of grass separating each site. The long-term area of the park (I think 6 month stays or longer) is very, very nice. Though there isn't much in the way of views and space, this park more than makes up for that with its amenities. A heated pool with snack bar, pickleball courts, nice, large clubhouse, a 4 table pool room with ample library are among the things to do here. There is also bocce courts and a shaded common patio area for grilling, gathering, playing cornhole, etc. Good clean shower facilities and laundry room. Shower facilities are comprised of 6 individual rooms with toilet, sink and large shower stall. Right next door to a Walmart (could easily walk there if needing just a few items) with numerous other shops and restaurants within 2 miles. About a half-mile from the Interstate, though road noise isn't bad at all. We were here for the month of May. Would really like to have been here for a spell during the winter, as there is an extensive list of group activities offered during the winter. It seems this is likely a pretty tight-knit and friendly community during snowbird season.

We rolled into a full park on a dark Sunday evening in early March. We were kindly greeted by the maintenance guy who led us to our spot after hours when we showed him our emailed confirmation letter. It was a tight & narrow fit for us to park with our 45’ Class A RV w/ a Jeep connected. We were able to unhitch & park the Jeep near the laundry facilities for the evening. Phew! We woke up, walked the dogs, showered, did some laundry, and visited with some very nice people and dogs. The facility has many amenities, swimming pool, pickle-ball court, dance hall and community center. The showers & laundry room were excellent; clean, large and very well kept. The dog” park” had three nice benches, a lone small tree in the middle of the limited area for shade with two in/out gates (one was locked). Missing was a double gated safety entrance and grass. The center was just dirt, the area looked well used! Our big, freshly brushed dog need to be washed off when we left. Next to the highway it was a bit noisy but both my husband and I were so tired it really didn’t matter, we were just happy to be there! All in all, a 4.75 experience!
