This park is now under new ownership and management. They are kind, helpful and the sites are huge compared to other parks in the area. Two pads, one for patio and one for driveway with your RV in between. Just beginning to have activities for everyone after a long lull. Pool is clean and hot tub feels great.

Very large RV spots with room for two vehicles. Rock and concrete. Pool has green algae in it. Maintenance people walk around with a leaf blower but don’t spray weeds growing in RV spots. Weeds growing in homeowners lawns, some homeowners are storing lots of things behind their houses for RV’ers to look at during their stay. Current manager and assistant manager gossip and store up trouble between people in community. They tell everyone’s business to others and spread rumors and lies. Rules and regulations not universal for all in the park. Pick and choose. Need current managers and partial owner gone to improve park. Only 3 RV’ers returned from 2018-2019 season. Not much for activities for current winter visitors and nothing for homeowners during the summer months. Needs a change in ownership and managers

Let me start by saying that the individual who wrote the "one star" review has not spent much time here. If they only stayed three days how would they know anything about the intentions of other campers not to come back. We've stayed here in our motorhome three times in the past two years including a period while I worked in the area for a local contractor. The park is a mix of park models and RV sites. It's gated and well maintained with a nice club house and pool. The park is quiet and management has always been courteous and helpful. The park's permanent residents likewise have been welcoming and invited my wife and I to join in community activities. We plan on staying here when we are in the area again. The daily rate of $44 is for winter months. There are monthly rates available that vary based on the time of year and whether you are working in the area. We use Verizon and alway had 3-4 bars 4G.

Now known as Arizona Village RV Resort. Rude and demanding management who fine keep their word. Get everything in writing and notarized. Many return guests are not coming back next year because of this new management. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have attempted to contact AZ several different ways & left several requests to be contacted. It has been over a month & I have had no response. How do they expect to get new customers when they don't bother to respond to anyone that is interested????

There are many things to do in the park all year long. They have a pool table inside a cooled clubhouse which is nicely furnished, large checkers, movies, many TVs on the walls and a poker table. Outside they have a pool, heated in winter months, hot tub, horseshoes, putting green and a nice yard under some gigantic trees. Lots of flowers surround the clubhouse and you can even catch a glimpse of wildlife flying and running around. My husband and I moved there a year ago and like it here. Management is pleasant to work with.
