We discovered this park purely by chance while our RV was undergoing maintenance at a nearby RV Force. Rather than hitting the road after a long day, we decided to spend the evening at campsite 1. We took a drive around the whole park and it came across as a pleasant, small area populated by amicable winter visitors. Our spot was situated close to the street, but the noise wasn't an issue for us. The office staff, particularly Laura, was very supportive. We were told that the park had recently changed hands and the new proprietors were planning to rebrand it and introduce enhancements, which would also lead to a hike in the rates.

Price paid is the average for our four month stay including electricity charge. This place is wonderful! The staff is very friendly. Jack made sure we were always taken care of and even lent us a tarp for in front of our door. Best of all, it's QUIET here!! That may be different in one of the short term spots in front, but in the back - great! There is a mix of park models and RV sites. Everyone staying here was very nice. They have an activity every night ad most days. They welcomed us snow birds with open arms. The interior roads are a bit tight, especially making the turn in the back of the park. We had to go onto the grass to make that turn in the RV, but no sweat. The sites are spacious with enough room for awnings, slides, etc. No cable, but tons of over the air stations for you TV watchers. Location is right in the middle of everything. Tampa, St. Pete, Orlando all within about an hour's drive. So many nature places to hike and view wildlife. Circle B Bar Reserve (about 1/2 hour west) is a MUST for nature lovers. Internet is spotty at best. Once the place cleared out in early March, the performance was better. We will DEFINITELY be back - thanks for a GREAT winter!!!
