The placard indicates a disposal charge of $10, though it is waived if you buy fuel. Complimentary air and water services were operational as of 28th December 2022. The location is adjacent to the lone diesel dispenser.

Fuel a little bit more expensive than down the road but the dump station was free (you have $10) and the air was also free. Large air bottle with good connection for RV and 80 psi no problem for a change. Good free water connection as well. Do not go to shell garage across the junction that does not have these facilities. Filled about 25 gallon fuel and if I had paid for air and dump fuel worked out cheapest in the area.

Got 80 gallons of fresh water when fueling up. Nice and close to the Boondocking sites in the area. Gentleman with the UTV rental business decided to rinse his machines off just as we maneuvered around to the hydrant. No problem for us, I can wait the 10 minutes while he was using it.

This is a clean dump station. You have to pull straight in and back out for dump station there is no room to turn around.

Topped off our tank here, got free dump and potable water with gas purchase. Make sure to check with cashier first. Easy in and out.

Easy access, diesel and dump/water on the south side of property next to each other. Literally gassed up and pulled forward and dumped and filled. Large turn around around the back of hotel along golf course (pull around the south side of hotel (left) and you'll see large dirt turnaround) Buy gas and it's free dump and potable water. Super nice staff and convenient.

It’s free to dump so long as you buy some gas. But somebody broke the water pump so you can’t flush or get potable water, which is unfortunate.

Free with a fill up, but be forewarned..... business was slow for him so the man who operates the RZR business adjacent to the parking lot harassed us for being in the way of his business.

The manager told me today the dump and potable water are free if you spend $5 in the shop or $10+ on gas/diesel. If you don't there is a charge but wasn't clear if the charge was $5 or $10.
