Howqua Hills
Pleasant grassy river flats surrounded by the forested foothills of the alps. Level, very open, limited shade. Good gravel access tracks. Cattle mow grass. Poplars, Peppermint and Manna Gums shade some sites. Magpies, ducks, wombats are common. Good swimming hole.

Glen Davis
In the midst of an abandoned oil-shale mine town, surrounded by the Capertee Gorge. This is an attractive and easily accessed campground suitable for anything from a big rigs to a tent. There are toilets, undercover picnic tables and potable water available.
Bemm River
Basic bush camping behind Binn Beach with easy access to the water. There is a short walk over a sandy track to access the beach, which is a great fishing and surfing spot. There are 5 campsites that need to be booked online.
Point Lowly
Council maintained parking area suitable for caravans on the waters edge. There is easy access for caravans, and you can set up on the edge of the bay. The surface is bitumen, or hard gravel and is not suitable for tent based camping. Can get busy in season.

Basic campground with 4 sites, on the edge of the beach in Cape Conran Coastal Park. Easy access to the beach via stairs. Beautiful little campground with sheltered and secluded sites amongst the coastal scrub. No toilets or other facilities provided.

Very pleasant camping in open woodland (Peppermint and Manna Gum) on level, grassed (cattle mown), large river flats surrounded by the forested foothills of the alps. Blackwoods and wattles by river. Good, gravel access tracks. Magpies, ducks, koala, wombat, kangaroo, possum and cattle are common.
Bool Lagoon
Campground along side one of the largest freshwater wetlands in South Australia. The (caravan accessable) sites are undefined, level and some provide good shade/shelter from the wind. There are flushing toilets, gas barbecues and picnic tables.
South Bruny
Direct access to a beautiful beach in sheltered part of Great Taylors Bay, this is a basic but attractive and tidy campground. Most of the sites are pretty level, although there is not a lot of grass if you are in a tent and most of the sites are well shaded by the large eucalypts.

This campground is a quiet grassy spot on the edge of the Eurobodalla National Park. There are quite a few spots although there are none marked. Quite a few caravans and campers use this spot which is right on the edge of the river inlet that leads to the ocean.
Targa
Large grassy and level campground suitable for big rigs, low fees. Myrtle Park Campground is a pleasant spot with a very open grassy camping area. There is an undercover picnic area, with barbecues and a small kiosk.
Pleasant, quiet lakeside camping on white sand, shaded by a fringe of mature River Red Gums. Backed by white trunked Yellow Gums with a thick understory of wattles and wildflowers. Pit toilet, tank water. Rated 4. 2/5This campsite is in Lake Hindmarsh LR The largest freshwater lake in Victoria.

Rather dry bush camping (no facilities) in open, level woodland near the lake. Reasonable shade from scattered Yellow Gums and River Red Gums on grass covered sand with an understory of wattles.

An old timber-mill site in the flat hung valley of the Mackenzie River, above Mackenzie Falls. Good shade provided by pines and Stringybark, surrounded by a Stringybark forest with a thick understory of tea tree. Can be popular, sharing of fireplaces may be necessary. Tap & 'bush shower'. Rated 3.
