I love the ladies that run this place. Karen and Janice are the best. At first, this was a last resort for us. Plans for another place fell through. We are glad they did or we wouldn’t have found this gem. It’s a very clean park and easy to get to. But with full access to the BLM and OHV playground, it’s a riders dream. Take your toys straight from your campsite and drive them all the way to wolford lake. Exploring all sorts of land and trails along the way. They have full service sites, bathrooms, showers (all cleaned routinely), laundry, dumping and filling stations throughout and all the extra necessities you may need to purchase along the way. We go back often and will continue to do so. The owner is getting ready to sell and the ladies running the place will no longer be there once sold, hoping new ownership and management are as amazing as they are now! Cheers and enjoy

Nice little spot in Kremmling, and just a short and pretty drive to Granby for a slightly larger town. Decent Wi-Fi. Big bonus was on-site short term storage so we could venture into Rocky Mountain Natl Park for a few days of camping and come back to the same place.

This was our first campground in colorado. The camp hosts were amazing! The showers, bathroom, and laundry area were spotless and organized. A lobby area w movies and books to borrow and big comfy couches. Sites weren't huge, but enough space. Gorgeous views all the way to silverthorne and close enough to Frisco to explore.

Because Wolford Campground had not yet turned on its tank-flush water for the season, we pulled in to use Red Mountain's dump station. The park host was quick and courteous, and the fee was a reasonable $10. The RV park was very quiet--it was a Sunday morning--and everything looked and smelled very fresh and tidy. There was a small play area with swingset in the park's back corner. The dump station was an easy pull-through, but its rinse-water spigot was more than 20' from the sewer port. Our tank-flush garden hose did not reach. The rinse-water also was not marked for tank flush only, so I hope nobody was taking on potable water from the same spigot. Updated Summer 2018: they've added a long courtesy hose to the rinse spigot, which is much-appreciated.
