We spent Labor Day weekend at Sebago Lake State Park, one of the few State Park campgrounds in Maine with power and water. We enjoyed having the lake close by and took advantage of the swimming area. We noticed many boats using the boat launch provided, although it was quite rundown. The campground was very loud from before 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. The hiking trails were extensive and we enjoyed the quiet of the trails.

Sebago Lake State park. Two big campground loops each with its own beach. Crowded party atmosphere but good showers and toilets. Lots of ski boats and jet skis but ok for kayaking too. Some water and electric sites. Pricy at $60 but near the resort town of Naples. Take a pontoon plane ride or river boat ride. Lot 125x Note! No pets allowed lots of ducks to feed however.
