This is a lovely, quiet, community with a small number of sites. The RV sites are small and cramped, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a large rig. We have a 30ft travel trailer and we managed okay. Sites have a picnic table but no grill. Not 4 stars simply because the sites are tight. The laundry facility is clean and offers plenty of machines that are credit card operated. No detergent sold in the laundry so bring your own. The pool is heated and they have shuffleboard. The WiFi was fast in the evenings and slow in the morning. Office staff is friendly and although checkout is at 11, they told us to take our time. There is a nice golf course across the street and the beach is about a 7 minute drive. This is a 55 and over community, but they allow children if it is only for a short stay. For a short stay, we would stay again!

The rate reflects a monthly rate in December. This park has the basics covered and is in a great location for exploring the beach, St Petersburg and Clearwater. Some sites are odd shapes with trees that you have to clear. Not our site but while walking through we wondered how some 5th wheels got in the site. Very helpful getting to site, check in was quick and easy. Seasonal residents were friendly. Neighborhood around park is great with stores and restaurants close by.

This is a great park very well located if you want to be central and close to the beach about 2 mile if you want to dine out it is very central either using UBER or a taxi close to shopping centres also very quiet we were here 19-20 May 17 this park is mainly permanants will take some big rigs ( need to check ) when we were here it was about 25% occupancy good pool the facilities are clean but a bit tired all in all a great park.
