The park was not difficult to locate, situated just beyond the Ferry Terminal. The entire area, including the internal roads, is paved. There is sufficient signage, and the check-in process was quick and welcoming. The park rules are quite straightforward. Our allocated spot, 02, was a dirt and grass area that comfortably accommodated our Coach and Towed. Utilities (30/50 amp, water, and sewer only) were positioned on the left side. The spacing was satisfactory for a destination park. Each spot comes with a table, but lacks a fire pit. Our spot was level and even. The park was overall clean and well-kept. It is a dog-friendly park, and we didn't notice any unattended dog waste. However, there are several stray cats residing in the park, resulting in a noticeable amount of cat waste. The cats serve as a deterrent to snakes and rodents. The park does not offer wifi or cable TV. Unfortunately, our Verizon signal was weak, preventing streaming from our Hot Spot. Wifi is supposedly available in the Pavilion, though we didn't test it. We did manage to locate several OTA channels. Satellite might be challenging. We didn't use the bathrooms or showers, but upon inspection, they were clean and modern, as were the laundry facilities. A brief trail from the park leads to a stunning dog-friendly beach. Where the trail becomes sandy, a boardwalk has been installed to accommodate those with disabilities. There are no eateries or shops within comfortable walking distance, but a brief drive will lead you to food, shopping, and convenience stores. We found this park to be a pleasant place to stay for a period. There are no permanent residents, but many seasonal ones who are very sociable. The park offers some organized activities, but we chose not to participate. There are many advantages, but two significant drawbacks - the lack of Wifi with weak Verizon signal and the dirt/grass base that can become muddy when it rains. We paid a
