Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Perdido Key, southwest of Pensacola, Florida, the Resort has 56 RV sites, of which 14 are waterfront. The Resort also offers a 24-slip marina and 7 townhomes. Truly and Island Experience!
We got there post twelve am, our registration details were tucked away in a box for those checking in late. The team was fantastic! They were consistently ready to assist whenever we had any queries. The park was incredibly tidy and well-maintained. I would strongly endorse this location.

The daily rate is $85 and waterfront lots are $95. We spent our Covid-19 time here and had the best time. The owners, I can’t say enough good things about them, they are awesome!! ❤️ The staff equally outstanding ❤️ The pool is kept open all year. (Heated) the park has a mixed group from young to “seasoned” kids (our two) spent a lot of time fishing off the docks, riding their bikes to the beach etc. there are two good restaurants walking distance and Publix right across the bridge. There is also a seafood shop across the bridge opposite of the park. We will definitely be returning.

I really liked this park. Lots of space between the sites, easy to navigate, gravel and level pads. A really nice park with a good vibe. Easy access to Pensacola too and somewhat cheaper in price than many other parks in the region. Staff was awesome and very helpful. Would highly recommend a stay here!

We had a great 7 days here. The resort is very nice and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is just over a mile from the closest public beach but we usually went to one of the state park locations about 3 miles away. The resort is on water that connects two bays. I believe they call it Old River. There is a “beach” area at the docks for the marina, which is part of the resort. It is an interesting blend of RVers and boaters. The resort has a nice pool, laundry room and a clean bath house, although there is only one shower in both bathrooms. The RV pads are gravel, well maintained, level but narrow. Full hook-ups all around. We found the sewage hook-up a little high causing some aggravation getting the sewage to flow even with an elevator. Our pad was right next to the pool and laundry which was convient. There is a high bridge close by which had some road noise but wasn’t too bad. We had no issues with other camper noise. The internet service and cable tv hook-ups worked very well. There is Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores just on the other side of the bridge about 5 minutes away. Perdido Key is a great beach area that is not commercialized like nearby Pensacola Beach or Destin are. We seldom had issues finding parking or space on the beach.
