Our first time here and paying for waterfront is worth it. Lots of full timers here and the park reflects that. Nice view of the marina from our spot. Being that this is a coastal fishing town don’t expect much. They do have nice amenities such as a pool, washateria, club house, rec room and playground. Newly built fishing pier. Premium spots are concrete but it’s mostly gravel elsewhere. We’re Verizon customers and there’s no 5g. WiFi is spotty and slow. They do offer basic cable! Even the premium spots are kind of close. I feel bad putting out the awning as it feels like I’m intruding on the neighbors. The facilities are well maintained and staff was very nice on check in.
