Clean, easily accessible dump station. Great that I could dump, get water, propane and gas all at once. Frustrating gas credit card purchase stops at $95. Gas was a bit higher here too but I liked for the convenience.

Dump is on other side of island with propane. They do ask that you buy $10 of gas or propane (decent propane rates for the area, slightly elevated gas prices). Water at dump is potable or you can use the faucet in the back by the air hose. Really large rigs may need to back in if cars are parked in the Tesla charging spots.
