The locations are pleasant and flat, however, the cost appears steep for just an electricity connection, especially when there's a state park campsite offering the same for $15 just opposite. Although they provide a waste disposal point and water supply, shower facilities are absent.

Getting There - Although making a reservation online would have been more straightforward, it was also simple to do so over the phone. The park's location wasn't found by our GPS, so we had to rely on the Google directions given in the website's confirmation email. The park is situated on the western side of UT-191, across the railroad tracks. Upon reaching, the camp host guided us to the fresh-water fill and dump station before settling in our camping spot. Suggestions - Fill up and empty your water tanks upon arrival. The camping spots are extremely long (85'), so position your entry door wisely. Expect minimal electronic connectivity; cell signal is sparse and wifi is virtually non-existent unless you possess StarLink. Highlights - The park's remote location (away from Moab), partial hook-up system to reduce environmental damage, scenic views, proximity to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands NP. The staff's communication at the park is also commendable. The clear, uninterrupted view of the sky is perfect for star gazing and Starlink connectivity. Downsides - It's not exactly a downside, but having a navigable address or precise GPS coordinates for the park would be helpful. Noise from the highway can potentially spoil the experience if the wind direction is unfavorable.

The position is ideal, being just a short distance from Arches National Park and offering stunning views of the night sky. The area is quite spacious as well. However, for the nightly rate of $80, the amenities are limited to an electrical connection. A two-day stay allows for water refill and waste disposal at no additional cost. There is also the issue of traffic noise. On my next visit, I might consider free camping to enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings without the substantial cost.

We reached our destination at approximately 5 o'clock, having previously reserved a place which we directly headed to. The area was spacious with a small privacy barrier, and offered stunning views of the Utah terrain. It was peaceful and serene. The spot provided electricity, with water available on the premises and a waste disposal area. It's definitely a place I would strongly suggest.

We arrived at dusk with rain in the forecast. This place was easy to find and had plenty of space. We felt safe and it was quiet. Close to Arches National Park and Moab. The bike trail is also accessible. At $40 it may feel a bit pricey for dry camping, but we were confident we wouldn’t get stuck do to the rain.
