The image portrayed in the pamphlet is quite deceptive. You might catch a glimpse of the Garden of the Gods' peak if you position yourself at the hill's brink. However, the prevalent sight consists of roads, structures, and additional recreational vehicles. The Wi-Fi is non-functional. Essentially, it's just a fully-equipped parking area. If that's your preferred style of camping, then it's fine. However, having experienced numerous picturesque camping sites surrounded by natural beauty, this one was a significant letdown. As echoed by other comments, the personnel are friendly.

I agree with the other two reviews. However, the park is mostly full timers. Some sites are well kept, some are not. The site was overgrown with weeds. The feeling of "camping " just wasn't there. It had a trailer park feel. There was a wasp nest in the pedestal and they were prompt with taking care of the problem. They do not have showers and restrooms. If your traveling Interstate 25 in Colorado, this would be a decent place to stop for the night.

The office people were wonderful and the Campground Host was friendly and available at all times. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and even the people in the park waved and chatted on the dog walk. We only intended to stay a week but they moved some things around and accommodated us for another week. I highly recommend this park for a relaxing time with a great view and lots to do in the immediate area.

When we booked our stay we knew it was a ‘no frills’ park. We were there to see the sites not worry about the park amenities. When we arrived we were great by 2 awesome ladies. They were super friendly and helpful. Providing the brochures for all the local places to visit. Our rv site was huge. We were able to keep our truck hooked up and still have room to park our car.
