The sites are paved relatively level. Got our 35 fr 5th wheel in with no problem. Electric 30 amp at our site. No problem because it’s finally fall

We stayed here last year and came back this year because it is close to y daughters home. We saw deer every day and had a woodchuck come and visit near our site. The woods are very thick so that you don't really have a lake view. there is water scattered around and two dump sites on the way out. The only negative was the design of the showers. Water went everywhere because the floor was flat.

We were looking for a campground near the National Museum of the Air Force. This was about a 40 min drive, but much less $ per night than the local KOA (good bargain it seemed for full hookups). Sites are paved with nice paved area under the picnic table. There are lots of sites but it was not full when we were there-someone said it had been full over the weekend. Our site was fairly level but not all were. Seems to be a popular location for fishing as there were lots of boats using the nearby ramp. Dark and quiet at night. We are 39’ with a wide turning radius and had no problems in the campground. Our exit route wanted us to take a left on 380 and that is a more than 90 degree turn that we weren’t sure we would make. We just went back to I-71 and took the exit for Hwy 68 north to Hwy 35 and all worked just fine. We did not use the bathhouse or dump station.

Good sites in the woods. We chose back of Loop G to get away from crowds. Full up on the weekend with tons of kids. Weekdays were empty (May) and peaceful. Deer walk through regularly. Map is deceiving. Have to imagine dense woods between loops and behind each site. We were pleasantly surprised by site size, cleanliness and woods. No views of the lake in this loop. Firewood and ice for sale in the store.

Have waited six months into our RV life to start reviews for fair comparisons. Spent 3 nights. Loved our spot (a fellow camper asked if we knew the mayor to get it…we don’t). Some hiking right from the site. Access down the trails to the water. Loved the bat boxes along the trails. Great dog walking areas. Very quiet, low capacity. Thoroughly enjoyed the nearby Ntl Museum of the USAF.
