Great area to stay in. Fools Hollow State park 1 mile down the road. 55 and older community that has intermingled RVer's within. Very dog friendly with small dog park. Neighborhood next to the park has great walking paths next to the golf course. Staff very nice and accommodating. My husband and I work remotely. We were able to conduct several Zoom calls a day without interruption using only our cell phone hotspot. We did not bring our mobile hotspot but the park does offer mobile hotspots you can take back to your RV if needed. We have AT&T 5G, download speed 7 to 25, upload speed 1-3.

Spent 4 nights at this park. Had to extend one night because didn’t want to travel yesterday with the wind warnings and 60+ MPH winds. This is an AQ park and has almost 400 sites. Most of the sites are permanent park models. The sites were all neat and well kept. Park model residents can occupy their sites May-October. RV sites are open April-November. I was told by office staff that they make exceptions to those under 55, but absolutely no children for those staying in their RV. The Park is near the highway, but did not notice much noise. The roads in the park are cement. I saw several RV sites that also had a cement pad to park on in addition to their patio. Most of the RV sites were rock, more like cinder or volcanic rock. The ground was on the softer side so there were some ruts. Site was FHU and easy to level. The park had a workout room that I enjoyed while there. They also had an extensive library with books and DVDs that people can borrow. Bathroom with showers were available along with a laundry room. Other amenities included a billiard room, horseshoe pits, bocce ball and shuffleboard. Activities at the resort begin a little later in the season as the park was still pretty empty. I typically had 4 bars of Verizon and was able to talk, text and stream videos. No fee for this park due to Thousand Trails Membership
