The owner and staff are great people! The park is a little oasis, and would be great for a weekend getaway. It is a long drive into town, which isnt bad but worth mentioning. Loved having the lake close by with a great beach area! Our only complaint is our site didn't have any grass, so we were constantly battling the Sand. The downside is the sites at the top of the hill do not have great service (We work from our camper), but down by the lake it is blazing fast, and full bars. Verizon we were able to get 5MBS down and 1.5MBS Up on a good day, and AT&T was 15MBS down and 0.5MBS Up. Overall the park is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay!

This camp is a little slice of heaven, with its rustic charm, tall trees, beautiful lake and warm inviting hosts and seasonal campers. This is not the place you will come to have all the amenities (although exceptional Verizon service here) You come here for making connections and having a good time in nature. Wildlife out on the water was so fun to watch, including eagles. Fishing from docks was successful and such a beautiful sandy swim area. I understand why they have so many families that have come here for generations, and I am so glad we were able to experience it!
