We arrived just as evening was setting in. The staff at the reception were quite welcoming. They returned to assist us with check-in. We were given the liberty to choose our site and we opted for the first drive-through site we came across. However, the amenities, particularly the sewage system, was antiquated and in a state of disrepair. We had to manually handle our hose and position it. I attempted to take our twin pups for a walk along a rear fence where I found the only patch of grass, but was rudely told off by a permanent resident two slots down. He instructed me to walk my dogs at the property's boundary. It's an okay place for an overnight stay, wake up early and leave. While the staff are pleasant, the long-term residents are not as friendly and it's not an ideal environment for dogs.

Pros: Very nice park manager/host. She answered our calls promptly, check in was efficient, and she was very polite and courteous. The park itself had full hookups for a great price. It was quiet for the most part and we had a good night's sleep. There were public restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities, although we didn't use them. The park had good lighting at night. Cons: I agree with the other reviewer that some of the neighbors were a little rough around the edges and the surrounding neighborhood was a little dodgy. We tried to be friendly and say hello to a couple of people when we were walking and got no response. Many of the RVs were older and some needed maintenance. It seemed like many were long term renters. We didn't feel unsafe, but we chose to stay within the park boundaries and not walk outside in the neighborhood. We will most likely stay here again for an overnight stay. It is a convenient and inexpensive stopover point for us.
