Princess Margaret Rose Cave Campground

3304, Mumbannar
Victoria, Australia

Situated on a flat plain near stunning views overlooking the winding gorge of the wide and deep lower Glenelg River.
Camp area located in a bush setting, most sites grassed, well separated and screened by scrub. Most share a tap and BBQ. The 5 van sites have thin shade from stunted Yellow Gum and good scrub, the 10 tent sites have plenty of shade from Brown Stringybark. Probably the best laid out camp site in Victoria. Spring brings wildflowers and orchids. Wrens, rosellas and honeyeaters are common. Kangaroos and emus are common in the surrounding forest. Cave tours take about 30 minutes. Nature trails. Kiosk. Flush WC, hot showers, water taps, rubbish bins Rated at 3.36/5
