Owners extremely friendly & helpful, go the extra mile with all customers. The Rv campsites were level and spacious. Back in spots that were on gravel but you also had grass area. Beautiful catch & release pond that was huge. Small campground but I loved that because it was more of a homey feel & felt very safe. Needed a code to get through the gate. Bath house was very clean, showers had great water pressure & a laundry area as well. You had to have a code to get into the bath house which was nice. The pool was the main reason we picked this campground & it did not disappoint. 2 water slides, Tarzan rope, trampoline in the water, water volleyball, water basketball, diving board, toddler area with 2 small slides & water bucket that dumps. In the pool area that had a great concession area, all seats were under in shades area & had lots of great foods & snacks. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because i did not like that my sites grass was getting weed wacked & cut as I was unhooking & trying to pack up. Highly recommend this campground.

This is a great site with extremely friendly staff. We arrived on a Saturday and the park was sold out. Our space was the only one available. The road leading to the sites and the sites themselves are somewhat tight and close together which made parking our big rig challenging. The sites are at a 90-degree angle so if cars are parked at adjacent campsites, you may have to ask people to move their cars. We actually moved our truck a few times to make it easier for people to pull in or leave. The spaces nearest to the access gate seem to be a bit shorter so if you have a big rig, it might be best to get a space near the back of the campground. That aside, the park is extremely clean and well-maintained! We never visited the pool (not a fan of public pools) but we saw tons of other campers going and coming (back sunburnt - ha!). It looked like they all had a great time. The staff brought several Amazon and USPS packages to our doorsteps throughout our stay which was so extremely kind. You can hear a bit of road noise from the interstate but it isn't terrible. Water pressure was outstanding (bring a pressure regulator), power hovered around 120v with dips to 115v during the heat of the day and up to 128v in the early mornings. Cellular on T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon worked but each service only had around 2 bars of service. I was struggling a bit working remotely full-time but was able to stay connected.

Cons: don’t follow gps instruction here, super steep entry/exit, but paved & smooth, spots close to each other,

We stayed as the first trip of the season to get any bugs worked out of our coach. The resort part with the pool had not yet opened. This park is about 15 miles from our home, so it was an easy trip. First off, the host Connie, on the phone was extremely pleasant and made sure that we understood everything when taking our reservation. Said that there were a number of sites open and we could show up early if we chose and she would ensure that she didn't have our site booked the night before. We didn't encounter the issue with scraping at the entrance and in fact, I didn't see what everyone was talking about. The confirmation email gave clear check in instructions and sure enough, they were perfect. The park itself is very clean and well maintained. It is also gated. I believe all of the sites are full hookup and all of the utilities were located close to the coach and were clean and in perfect working order. Our site was overlooking a nice pond where people were fishing. The site itself is gravel but table top level. Other positives were that water pressure was very good, the wi fi was super strong, and there was very good Verizon cell reception. It was also very quiet at night. The only negative that there is really no place to walk a dog. We travel with a small dog and our walking options were up and down the park road which is about 75 yards or so. There appears to be a trail at the one end of the pond, but we weren't sure so stayed away. Pets are not permitted to walk down to the pool area and although I understand that, it was kindof a let down not to have anywhere to walk around. For what we needed, it was more than perfect.
