We decided on this campground because we were camping with friends that needed a cabin that allowed a dog. While the cabin seemed very nice and had lots of outside room for both of our families, site 42 where we parked our camper was pretty tight for our outside seating area. The first night we were there, our surge protector kept indicating us that there was an issue with the ground wiring. We reported it the next day and they immediately came and fixed it, but then it warmed up that afternoon and we needed to use our AC and our surge protector kept indicating us that each time the AC kicked on we had high voltage and that was with our easy start installed. Our site had water, sewer and electric, but none of the lines were buried underground which may have been why we were having so many power issues. This also made dumping our tanks extremely difficult. The road around the campground had large rocks in the road and was extremely tight, making pulling the camper around the park somewhat difficult. Would probably not stay here again if we had another option, however if it was a race weekend it would be extremely convenient to the racetrack.

Camped here for a week in early May to take a break from driveway surfing. Site had just been upgraded, so everything was new! Full hook ups. Grounds are well cared for, seems like a lot of happy, friendly seasonal campers. Hosts could not have been sweeter! Helped me in a late check in, helped me with propane too. They’re available at a call/text! For Mother’s Day, they brought tea, pastries, and quiche around to everyone. Just a great experience. Will definitely return when the leaves start coming in more. Can hear the highway at times, but not obnoxious. Wifi was cheap and pretty good for campground internet. (Granted, not that many people on it and inclement weather.)

We visited early in the season. Many seasonal campers with hood spacing. Heavily wooded with level sites despite being perched on the side of a mountain. Wood cabins sprinkled within the camp grounds. Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean bathrooms! Family oriented.
