We stayed while visiting family in the area, so we didn't spend much time in the park. The owners however were very friendly, as were all the tenants. Spots were tight, but it didn't feel too cramped. It wasn't far from some major roads, but we didn't notice to much noise.

We arrived JUST after sunset- please be aware that they do not allow arrivals after dark. This is because the spaces are tricky to get into and the park isn’t well lit at night. So time your arrival accordingly.

We arrived JUST after sunset- please be aware that they do not allow arrivals after dark. This is because the spaces are tricky to get into and the park isn’t well lit at night. So time your arrival accordingly. There are many large fifth wheels in the park, but ease of maneuverability depends on how your neighbors are parked. Our rig is a 44’ fifth wheel and we had no problems, but that’s only because the space next to us was empty. Management as of Jan 2021 were AWESOME! Super friendly and helpful. They send me pics and video of the site before we booked to ensure we would be able to fit. While we were there, our electrical kept going in and out. Our surge protector was detecting problems and it kept shutting power off to protect the rig. Staff was extremely helpful and responsive to resolve the issue. It took a few tries, but we got it fixed. DEFINITELY make sure you have a surge protector when traveling!! We were is site 1, which is immediately next to a very noisy road. Loud trucks. Loud stereo systems. And the neighborhoods surrounding were having house parties. So have some white noise if you plan on getting any sleep at night. Indoor Pool is very small, but appeared clean. Clubhouse (attached to pool) is 24 hours- bathrooms/ showers are inside the pool house. They are clean but don’t feel very private. Water access is about 30 mins. Close to grocery, chain restaurants, gas stations with diesel. Located on a busy road IMHO the whole area has an unpleasant vibe, but it’s urban and a party atmosphere. It’s South Florida- what did I expect? If you are a diver- check out Narcosis Dive Company. They were excellent & very professional
