We're a community of great tenants, many of which have been returning every season for over 25 years! At the park during the winter and spring busy season the Clubhouse is a hub of activities with Pot Luck Dinners, Line Dancing Lessons, Games, Cards, Domino's, Texas Hold em Poker night, Holiday Parties, Special Dance Nights and Bingo. Most of our guests walk or bike to Fort Myers Beach daily, and we're within 400 yards of several waterfront Restaurants, a Marina, and the Key West Ferry Boat that takes passengers on daily FUN trips to Key West.
