Stumbling upon this treasure was a delight, with generously proportioned spaces and a reasonable monthly cost of $700, not inclusive of electricity. It's located by a canal, offering stunning views. There's a lovely path for walking or cycling that extends from the property to the road, paved with concrete and bordered by farmland. If fortune favors you, you might even get to pat a cow. On-site facilities include a compact swimming pool and a variety of engaging activities such as Karaoke and Bingo, along with classes in crochet, shuffleboard, and pool games. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a second home and they welcome dogs. The only drawback is the nearest shop is a 25-minute drive away, though there is a bar within walking distance. We certainly plan on returning.

Price does not include electricity, as all weekly and monthly rates do not. Very friendly owners and well run park. Almost everyone seemed to be seasonal and were also very friendly. The sites were much tighter than I anticipated and also not very long. Water pressure was pretty awful. Its pretty remote which is nice for noise, and its about 25 minutes to get into the nearest town. Park is right on a canal with decent fishing, but its a main passageway from the Atlantic to the Gulf so I understand it can be crowded with very large boats during certain times. I was able to launch my kayak right from the park, but beware the alligators (and manatees if you're scared of them...) Overall the price is reasonable and its a nice, friendly, quiet place so I'd probably return. Had solid speeds with ATT on the Peplink router.
