Sites are adjacent to a 55+ community and even among the sites it is a lot of retirees but campers as well. Lake is great and they offer lots of different boats for going out. 2 fishing piers, lots or amenities, laundry seems clean but didn't use. They give you a code for wifi that only works on 1 device so set it up for your wifi booster if you have one so you can then go on that network with all your devices. 😉

Reservations over the phone only. Full hookups, great sunset view along the lake. Kids playground. Dog park (all dirt). Lake with paddle boats available. Small convenience store. Part of a mobile home park community. Water and power at the back of sites. Tight fit between concrete pad and sewer hookup, then squeeze in your tow vehicle. Zero lot line style sites, very close to the neighbors — many are long-timers, full-timers, all-the-timers. AT&T cell signal was weak but usable. Wifi was spotty; slow during prime-time. A few gas station convenience stores within a few minutes, otherwise it's 15-20 minutes into town.
