Our experience at this location was incredibly enjoyable. The regular campers were extremely welcoming. There was an abundance of activities to partake in within the nearby vicinity too. The communal building boasts a fantastic interior and offers activities such as a pool table and a foosball table for younger guests. We are certain to return. The manager and employees are exceptional.

The views and large sites were, in my opinion, the only positives. Low water pressure, non-existent WiFi and pretty rough roads in the campground. I didn’t check out the laundry facilities or the bathhouse. The gentleman who showed us to our site was very kind and friendly, but in the week we were there, we never saw or heard from the owner. The office hours are quite limited, so I’d guess that running into him is hit or miss. Our stay wasn’t awful, but we don’t plan to return.

Though it's no fault of the campground, the road detour signage made getting here nigh impossible. Drove an hour in the rain on tiny county roads before locating it, and then only thanks to guidance of locals. This is a full-timer sprawling rural RV village that seems to take occasional over-nighters who stumble on it. I never saw a lake, but it was mostly raining. $50 was too much for what we had: a place to roll up on the grass, with hookups (we only used the 30 amp). The road up to our site on a hill was rocky and steep, though easily navigated. I was glad not to be led to a site back in the woods (you got no choice). We were surrounded on all sides by long term residents, some of whom had decks, and many non-mobile rigs. Not to judge, but a shirtless tattooed middle aged skinhead using the washers in front of the bathhouse unnerved me (he was mad about something). The showers weren't any nicer than a cinderblock, cheaply rigged up bathhouse could be, but they were mostly clean. The owner and manager were both extremely nice. Maybe our experience colored by the hard time finding it and the rain. No Verizon signal. The wifi from the bathhouse didn't reach us. I seem to remember getting some OATV. It was quiet except for passing golf carts.
