This is a National Parks free camping site. The slope of the ground limits tent based camping as the level sites are usually taken up by vehicles.
When reviewed, NP staff were mowing the grass and had cleaned out the toilets. There were no provisions for storage nor dispense of toilet paper in the dedicated male and female compost toilets. The male toilet also acts as the disabled toilet. There are reportedly swimming holes up a 4WD track. These were not reviewed. Wading can be done beside camp and is very suitable for supervised minors. Pit toilets = 2 (1m+1f). No toilet paper supplied (BYOTP). Whilst Jounama Creek is in Kosciuszko National Park, it is not in the vehicle entry pay area.
