We made a midweek halt with our 36-foot fifth wheel. Arriving just as the sun was setting, we were a bit anxious, but fortunately, another vehicle was just leaving. The space was somewhat cramped for anything larger, but we managed to maneuver with assistance from a fellow camper with a compact truck, who graciously moved his car to accommodate us. The next morning, we were greeted with a stunning, private view of a pond, making the journey down the narrow paved road well worth it. If you're considering a stopover here, I'd highly recommend it. Our departure route took us through a national scenic bypass, offering breathtaking views. Although there was no cell reception, we were able to connect via Starlink!

Initially this was hard to find because you can't see the site from the road. My husband backed in our 34 ft. trailer. It was a bit of a challenge, but he managed. There's probably enough room here for two smaller campers. In the seven days we were here, there was at least one other camper per night (van, bike, car). It is pretty here, and the pond is larger than expected. There is a trail, which was a bit overgrown, but our dogs appreciated the exercise. There's also a pavilion with four picnic tables and a fire pit. Lots of fishermen have been coming and catching bass and catfish. There is a boat launch too. This site requires miles of gravel roads.

Nice out of the way area. Won’t hold long rigs well, mine fit ok 25ft and truck was tight. Enjoyed my evening.

Camping next to a large pond surrounded by woodlands and no one but us. If we weren’t traveling, it would have been nice to stay here for a few days of peace and quiet.

Arrived on a Saturday evening and I had the place to myself. There is a trash can, picnic tables, and a fire ring. This place is immaculate and the grass was recently cut.
