The HOLIDAY VILLAGE, directly overlooking the sea, protected by sand dunes and shaded by a lush Mediterranean vegetation, while the opposite coast is characterized by a shallow and sandy beach, ideal for beach tourism.

The village lies on the coast of the city of Fondi (LT), a tourist area located on the Tyrrhenian coast of southern Lazio, settled in the middle of the gulf, which runs from the Circeo promontory to the city of Gaeta, between the town of Sperlonga and the city of Terracina.

Opposite Holiday Village, lie the Pontine Islands of Ponza, San Teodoro and Santo Stefano, which turn out to be visible to the naked eye from the dune. The village area includes 55 bungalows divided into various types of four, five, six beds, all with private bathroom and kitchenette, air conditioning and satellite TV.

The camping area instead includes about 120 pitches for roulottes, all equipped with technological connections such as electricity, drinking water, connection to the sewerage system and connection for digital and satellite TV.

The whole village has the following commercial services, the market, the restaurant with pizzeria and self - service, bar – gastronomy, ice-cream shop with own production, the boutique, the hairdresser – beautician, the bazaar and the dance area.

Furthermore for sport lovers the village presents the soccer field in synthetic latest generation materials, basket and volley field, tennis court, 2 swimming pools, green areas for the various fitness activities, miniclub and play-park.

The dune area is structured with spacious lawns characterized by original straw umbrellas, which with the present Mediterranean bush, becomes a lovely sun terrace overlooking the sea.
