The staff were excellent, very friendly and personable. There were a few permanent residents which led to the spot looking a little rundown, but everyone was very respectful and quiet. Spaces are extremely tight, though, and very close together. We were lucky in that the space across from us was empty, otherwise, not sure we could've gotten our rig in the space. Though it isn't on the spit, it's well-located with lots of local businesses close by.
