Such a great little gem of a campground we came across. We stayed here 2 nights on the way to Maine. The bathhouses were clean and the staff was amazing.

It would be very difficult to be bored at Driftstone -- games, activities, swimming, boating, plenty of open field for the kids. It is a very family-friendly campground where the staff and other campers are very personable. A group of us stayed in the back, "west" area. The sites were large and secluded but grassy and a bit uneven and it seemed to be like this across the board. No sewer hookups and the dump station is difficult to get in and out with larger rigs. There was a feeder road just behind us so there was some traffic noise. The wifi was surprisingly good and I had a very good AT&T signal. The camp store was fairly well stocked. Everything was open, including the pool. Overall, a great experience. PLEASE NOTE: if you are towing or have a motorhome, make sure you follow the directions on the website. Coming in from the wrong road could lead you to a hairpin turn and steep hill.
