This recreational vehicle site recently transitioned into a KOA Journey campground. Avoid using the KOA map for navigation, as it leads you several miles away from the city. The campground is conveniently located just a mile off the main road. As typical of a KOA Journey, the lots are large and parking is a breeze. The campground is well-maintained. There's also a bar and eatery within the premises. It appears to be a popular choice for those staying long-term or working nearby. It's a great location for a quick stopover or if you're interested in exploring the local casinos on foot.

I had to be in Elko for a few days, it was getting close to sunset and I was about 50 miles away from Elko. I called Double Dice, it was closing for the office staff, when I said I was about 45-50 miles away, she stayed at the office until I arrived. Staff was friendly. Park was clean and well laid out. I stayed for 3 days back in March 2021. Close to shopping, grocery and fuel. It's proxxy to the Interstate and railroad was some noise but not bad.
