We've made multiple visits to this location during the autumn and winter seasons and always found the team to be welcoming and supportive. The areas we've occupied were consistently well-kept and prepared for guests. Each visit reveals additional aspects of this campsite that we appreciate. The electricity, water, and waste management facilities have consistently proven reliable.

The ladies in the front window are very nasty.. they were very sarcastic about asking whether we were allowed to leave the trailer for the day while we went out and about, stating that per county laws we weren't allowed to leave the trailer without a vehicle in case there was a fire.. we were very confused.. on top of that we had a problem in the middle of the night with a transient that was camping along the river in a tent banging on our camper in the middle of the night asking us to use our phone..If you need police you have to call the sheriff because county Parks don't deal with the local police. There were lots of transient tent camps along the river next to our trailer. The bathrooms are run down and full of spider webs.. I would not stay here again.

Not for Winter... Needed full hook-up for a night. Experience was not to expectations. First there was another RV in reserved site. Office provided another site that was not waterfront nor as spacious as the site reserved online. A majority of sites appear to be longer term residents for winter. Our site was surrounded by, let's just say a lot of stuff. Electrical and water service was surrounded by dog poop. Reserved a pull through to leave toad connected for early next day departure. Replacement site was also pull through but large 5th wheels extended into the pull out road so had to disconnect and backout anyway.

Friday afternoon we arrive. The area by the river was full. We snagged a space in the 2nd row. We soon learned that jet skies were the order of the weekend. They started zipping up and down the river at 0900 stopped sometime after dark. There is a quiet time I think 10 to 9. Regardless we had loud music till well after midnight both Friday and Saturday. Sunday the weekend crew packed up and we’re gone by 7pm Sunday night was lovely as was Monday . Silly me booking a campsite along the Colorado River on a weekend. I have learned my lesson!

Stayed 5/2/17.  You can see Laughlin form this campground and it is beside the Colorado River.  Jet ski rentals are available without having to leave the campground.  The view from our site was pretty awesome.  We would camp here again.

Clean campground, friendly staff. Got 2 bars with Verizon I work remote so this was important. Can get windy sometimes. It is not $20 for a site unless you dry camp and you are RIGHT on the river. I paid $48/night for electricity water and no sewer. I would stay here again.

We drove in here at 4pm but the office was closed. It’s a huge park with lots of sections so we had to drive around and study the map to figure out how it all worked and the costs of the different areas. We left disappointed. It seems if you don’t need hookups then you can park in an area down by the river. There are a few portable toilets there but no showers, no tables and no fire pits. That’s $20 just to park there and use the toilets. It costs more for hookups but they are all on top of each other. There is a nice day use area with tables under a shade roof but you can’t park up close so it’s all pointless. We ended up going to a casino, so many great rates there and if I’m going to pay $20 I want something. Yes the car park was nice in front of the river but there’s no privacy. Back to boondocking for us! So much nicer!
