About Dargle Forest Lodge

Dargle Forest Lodge accommodation is a combined dream of the farm owners Bridgette and Sean, who saw the potential of the land and decided they had to share it with other like-minded people and families. The establishment has a communal lapa area with braai facilities, a kids play area and bonfire pit. The farm has various short trails for hiking enthusiasts, mountain bikers or trail runners. Our cabins are equipped with a basic kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, two plate gas stove and kettle, as well as basic kitchen utensils, including crockery and cutlery. Communal ablution facilities are available. Camp Site guests are welcome to use our lapa area which has braai facilities and a bonfire pit. All meals can be prepared here in our undercover area which has counter tops and a double sink. 4 Sleeper Cabin x1: The cabin has two rooms furnished with a double bed. There is an en-suite bathroom and basic kitchenette. 2 Sleeper Cabin x1: The cabin has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. 4 Sleeper Basic Cabin x1: The cabin has a double bed and a bunk bed. The cabin makes use of the communal ablution facilities. 2 Sleeper Basic Cabin x3: These cabins are furnished with two single beds and make use of the communal ablution facilities. Campsite x4: Our campsite is set between the pines overlooking the Dargle Valley and natural forest. There are no designated campsites, you can just find the spot with the best view and set up camp. There are no electricity points in the campsite. We will allow dogs if they are other pet and people friendly. Wild buck do roam the farm so bring along leashes in case.
