From the first day of October 2022 to the first day of April 2023, the Cypress Campground & RV Park in Florida provides an ideal location for wintering. This park is part of the Applebrook RV Parks network, which consists of approximately 12 parks nationwide. The park offers a plethora of activities, making it difficult to decide where to start. Outdoor activities range from Bocce’ Ball, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Mini Golf, Shuffleboard, Horseshoes, Pool Volleyball to Pool Aerobics. Inside the Recreation Hall, there are arts & crafts, movie nights, BINGO, game nights, dances, and much more, ensuring that boredom is never an issue. The Office building houses the Lending Library, which features Billiard & Poker tables. Every tenant has their own mailbox, and USPS, FedEx & UPS provide daily deliveries. The park offers various rates, including Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Seasonal rates. Seasonal rates cover 6 Months, with an optional 6 Months of storage. The park's managers and maintenance staff are always friendly and ready to assist. The park is clean and well-maintained, but the corporate could invest more in upgrading the electrical system to accommodate newer Class A units. Some drives could also benefit from re-paving and possible re-alignment to accommodate larger rigs. The park has a mature look with a few park models and several permanent 5th Wheel residents, but it's not overly crowded. There are pull-through and back-in options, as well as long-term and overnight stays. Storage is available at the front and back of the park. The heated pool is well-kept. The park shares an East property line fence wall with Walmart, providing private golf-cart access at the rear. There's also rear access to the street behind, which leads to two golf courses. Park was average, dated and aged. Bath house was in dismay, ended up using the camper after everything was emptied. Had full hookups and all connections were solid. Concrete pad where bench could have been in better shape but not horrible. We stayed in a 38’ fifth wheel at a pull through site

Our family stayed 3 nights here while we visited LegoLand. The pool was open and our kids enjoyed it. The spot was a little tight to get in and out of, but nothing too difficult. While the concrete patio was a bit worn, the site was level. We had no issues during our stay, the staff was polite. The walkway to Walmart was nice so we didn't have to drive over to grab a few things we had forgotten.
